KWWR Sports Report 10/30/2024
Several Mexico High School Volleyball players have been named to the North Central Missouri Conference Team.
Juniors Jaclynn Cline and Claire Isgrig were named to the first team.
Senior Emily Moppin earned second team All-Conference honors.
And senior Skyler Arnold was an All-Conference Honorable Mention.
The Mexico High School volleyball team finished second place in the North Central Missouri Conference this season.
The St. Louis Blues lost 8 – 1 to the Ottawa Senators at Canadian Tire Centre last night (Tuesday).
Dylan Holloway scored the lone goal for the Blues.
With the loss the Blues have a record of 5 – 5.
The New York Yankees were able to avoid elimination by defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers 11 – 4 in Game 4 of the World Series.
The Dodgers still hold a 3 – 1 advantage in the best-of-seven series.
Game 5 of the World Series takes place tonight (Wednesday) with a 7:08 first pitch.
