KWWR Sports Report 12/10/2024

The Mexico High School boys and girls basketball teams will open up play in the North Central Missouri Conference in Marshall against the Owls on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024.

The girls tip at 6pm with the boys to follow.

After an upset victory over then-number 1 ranked Kansas, the Missouri Tigers men’s basketball team climbed up in the polls, just barely outside of the top 25 in the AP Poll.

Missouri received 119 points in the AP Top 25, making the Tigers the fourth team out of Number 29.

Missouri has not been ranked in the Top 25 since the conclusion of the 2022-2023 season, finishing the year at the Number 23 spot.

The St. Louis Blues will be in Vancouver skating against the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

Puck drops at 9.

The Cincinnati Bengals defeated the Dallas Cowboys 27-20 on Monday Night Football.
