Community High Girls Basketball Team Earns Third Place at New Franklin Tournament

The Community R-VI High School Lady Trojans basketball team outlasted Fayette 52-49 to claim third place in the New Franklin Tournament, on Saturday, January 11, 2025.

Lady Trojans head coach Bob Curtis said, “The 3rd place game gave us a chance at our best win of the season as Fayette is a really good basketball team that played in the championship game a year ago with a similar roster.”

The Lady Trojans improved to 10-3 on the season.
