Paris Woman Accused of Stealing Thousands of Dollars From Paris Athletic Booster Club
A 43-year-old Paris, Missouri woman was arrested on 1/31/2025, and charged with three counts of stealing more than $750, one count of forgery and two counts of fraudulently using a debit card.
Jessica Howard was charged by Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney Nicole Volkert, after she allegedly stole more than $23,000 from the Paris Athletic Booster Club.
She was arraigned on 1/31/2025, and is being held at the Monroe County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
Howard is a former officer of the Paris Athletic Booster Club, and is accused of using the athletic club’s debit card to withdraw money from the account, taking more than $23,000 from August 2023-September 2024.
