In high school basketball last night (Friday) starting off on the boys side it was:
- Father Tolton over Battle 81-77 in a double overtime thriller.
- Rock Bridge dominated Capital City 59-28
- Blair Oaks over Boonville 69-56
- Mexico had a successful court warming and beat Moberly 75-57. Mexico now has five in a row.
- Eugene took down Fayette 76-40
- California edged Versailles 69-67
- Fulton beat Marshall 55-46
- Hallsville over Eldon 74-47
- North Callaway falls to Elsberry 71-62
- Harrisburg cruises past Linn 71-27
- Centralia defeated Highland 66-31
- Russellville beats South Callaway 83-76
- Missouri Military Academy defeated Calvary Lutheran 70-47
- Pilot Grove takes down Community R-VI 74-53
Switching over to the girls side:
- Battle outlasted Father Tolton 42-40 in overtime
- The 3rd ranked team in Class 3 the Centralia Lady Panthers beat Highland 51-24. Centralia picked up their 20th win of the season.
- Russellville over South Callaway 62-48
- Rock Bridge edged St. Joseph’s Academy 51-45
- Mexico snaps a four game losing streak and beats Moberly 51-28
- Fulton Lady Hornets have now won three in a row after beating Marshall 47-43 last night.
- Montgomery County over Milan 55-37
- Pilot Grove beat Community R-VI 45-35
The 15th ranked Missouri Tigers softball team got the season underway yesterday (Friday) with two games in Clearwater, Florida.
Mizzou took down Marshall 9-1.
Then the Tigers shut out 20th ranked Northwestern 2-0.
Mizzou is back at it today in Clearwater with a game against 7th ranked Duke.
15th ranked Missouri men’s basketball returns home to face 10th ranked Texas A&M this afternoon (Saturday), looking to extend their 115-game home court winning streak.
Today (Saturday) is the team’s annual Rally for Rhyan game with all donations being accepted to help fight pediatric cancer.
Tipoff from Mizzou Arena is set for 2:30.
