Mexico Bulldogs Basketball Selected as Number One Seed Headed Into District Playoffs

The Mexico High School boys basketball team has earned the number one seed in the Class 4 District 8 Boys Basketball Tournament that will be played at the Moberly High School March 3-7.

The seeds were announced following the seeding meeting on Thursday, February 20, 2025.

Hallsville comes in as the 2 seed.

Games kick off on Monday, March 3rd when 4th seeded Moberly plays 5th seeded Centralia at 6pm.

That game will be followed by 3rd seeded Kirksville playing 6th seeded Fulton with a 7:30pm tip.

Mexico plays the winner of the Moberly/Centralia game on March 5th, at 6pm.

Hallsville gets the winner of the Kirksville/Fulton game on March 5th at 7:30pm.
