Columbia Police Respond to Two Separate Shootings That Left Multiple People Injured
Columbia Police are investigating two separate shots fired incidents that left several people hospitalized over the weekend.
Two male adults and two juveniles were detained following a shooting in the 900 Block of East Broadway during the early morning hours of Sunday, April 13, 2025.
The Columbia Police Department said that both victims are in stable condition.
Charges are pending for the juvenile suspects.
No suspect is in custody after one person was critically injured and another person was seriously injured after a shooting at Cosmo Park in Columbia during the evening hours of Saturday, April 12, 2025.
The Columbia Police Department responded to reports of shots fired at Cosmo Park around 10:30 on Saturday night.
Officers at the scene found a man and a woman had been shot.
According to the Columbia Police Department, the man is in critical but stable condition, and the woman is in serious condition.
