Funeral service for 71 Year old Melvin Erving Messer, of Columbia, MO formerly of Fulton, will be on Monday, May 12, at 10:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Fulton.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 12, from 9:00 AM until time of the service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
