Funeral Services and Military Honors, honoring and celebrating Carl Ray Armstrong of Moberly, will be held on Saturday, May 10, at 1:00 PM at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Cater Funeral Home.
