Celebration of life for for 66 Year old David Fountain will be held on Monday, May 19, at 11:00 AM at the Oliver Funeral Home in  Centralia.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 18, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia.
