Frye Charged With DWI in Fatality Accident
22-year-old Joshua Frye of Mexico, the driver of the blue 2016 Kia that allegedly caused the double fatality accident on Saturday in Mexico, was charged yesterday in Audrain County Court, with felony driving while intoxicated causing the death of two people or more and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle in a careless or imprudent manner.
Officials identified Frye as the operator of one vehicle and Kitson as the driver of the other car. Terry and 22-year-old Krissy Pritchett, a passenger in Frye’s vehicle, both died in the crash.
