Memorial Service for 49 year old, Thomas “Tommy” Carroll Carlock, Jr., will be held on Friday, August 1, at 6:00 PM at Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1, from 4:00 PM until the time of the service at Schlanker Funeral Home.
