Murry Arrested on Drug Charges

William Dovon Murry was arrested around 4pm yesterday at a parking lot in Jefferson City on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court.

When officers found him, he was reportedly attempting to hide items in his vehicle, which led to the discovery of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Murry now faces charges for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence, along with a misdemeanor for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

He is being held in the Cole County Jail without bond.
