Ashland Police Standoff
An Ashland man was taken into custody on Tuesday night after a standoff with law enforcement.
The Ashland Police Department responded to a home in the 900 block of James Court a 9:24pm to serve a full U.S. extradition warrant for 26-year-old Alexander Edward Nolan, who had a probation violation.
Boone County Sheriff’s Deputies and SWAT Team assisted with the operation, and, after speaking with negotiators, Nolan exited the residence.
He was taken to the Boone County Jail where he is being held without bond.
