Columbia Doctor Not Guilty of Harassment
A Columbia doctor accused of rape has been found guilty of two misdemeanors in a separate case.
Travis Birkhead was found guilty of two counts of violating a restraining order, but he was found not guilty of first degree harassment. He will be sentenced on October 17th.
Birkhead is still charged in another case with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and misdemeanor fourth-degree assault from September of 2022.
He has a jury trial set for that case set for September 9th.
