Columbia Robbery Case Moved to Federal Court

A Columbia man accused of armed robbery has had his case moved to federal court.

21-year-old Noah Cooley was charged in Boone County Court with first degree robbery, two counts of armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon after he robbed the Vapor Maven on Business loop 70 with the use of a gun, on June 5th.

His case has been moved to federal court, but Cooley will continue to be in custody in the Boone County Jail without bond. His next court appearance is set for September 15th.
