Marshall Man Charged
A Marshall man was charged yesterday with Child Endangerment in Boone County from an incident in 2021.
According to probable cause statements, a crash between a Buick Lucerne and a Ford F-150, happened on October 27, 2021.
The statement alleges that Brandon Lewis, a passenger in one of the cars, intentionally failed to secure the child’s restraint’s on their car seat, and as a result, the hild was thrown from the vehicle during the crash, critically injuring the child.
Lewis was officially charged with First Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child Causing Serious Physical Injury, and he as an initial court appearance scheduled for September 11 in Boone County Court.
