Mexico Shots Fired Sends Three Away
An 18-year-old Mexico man and two juveniles are in custody in Mexico, after a shots fired incident Saturday night. At approximately 9:45pm, the Mexico Public Safety Department responded to the 600 block of Grove Street in reference to gunshots being fired.
Responding officers learned of a disturbance between two groups in that area, which led to members of each group shooting guns. Three houses, one shed, and a vehicle were damaged as a result. There were no injuries.
Cynquail C. Hardman was taken to the Audrain County Jail for Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Armed Criminal Action, and 1st Degree Property Damage. Two 15-year-old male juveniles were taken to a juvenile detention center with authorization from the 12th Circuit Court Juvenile Division.
