MoDOT Crews Switch Columbia Traffic Pattern
More traffic changes in mid-Missouri yesterday. This time on US Highway 63. Traffic shifted in the work zone in Columbia after Missouri Department of Transportation crews completed the new bridge north of Broadway and finished rehabilitating a bridge over Interstate 70.
Head-to-head traffic moved from the southbound lanes to the northbound lanes between Broadway (south of I-70) and Vandiver Drive (north of I-70). This shift allows construction crews to begin rehabilitation work on the southbound U.S. 63 overpass bridge over I-70.
Officials anticipate head-to-head traffic on U.S. 63 will probable last for another 45 more days.
