Thomas Faces Preliminary Hearing Today
A preliminary hearing scheduled for a 32-year-old Columbia woman who allegedly took some drugs, and then fell asleep in her car, which was found running on a Jefferson City lawn last month.
Bailey E. Thomas was charged with felony counts of Second Degree Drug Trafficking and Possession of Controlled Substance, misdemeanor counts of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DWI, and Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway.
Thomas was found with three baggies in a pocket of her shorts. One baggie held eight grams of methamphetamine, the second held two grams of fentanyl, and the third held 17 grams of meth.
