Funeral service for 82-year-old Wendell “Dick” Hess of Cairo will be held on Friday, October 17, at 5:00 pm at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel in Moberly.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17, from 3:00 pm until the time of the service at Cater Funeral Home Chapel.
