A Celebration of Life Service for 86-year-old Phyllis Bowen of Mexico will be held on Thursday, October 16, at 11:00 a.m. at the  First Presbyterian Church in Mexico. The family will gather with friends following the service in the Fellowship Hall of the church. Services are under the direction of Pickering Funeral Home.
