Funeral services for 77-year-old Robert “Tom” Howell, of Colorado Springs, formerly of Wellsville, will be held on Tuesday, October 28, at 12:00 p.m. at Myers Funeral Home in Wellsville.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at Myers Funeral Home.
