A Celebration of Life for 74-year-old Estill Lee Proctor of Hallsville will be held on Wednesday, December 31, at 12:00 pm at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 31, from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
