A Memorial service for 62-year-old William “Benny” Benjamin Marshall of Vandalia will be held on Thursday, January 8, at 1:00 pm at Waters Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 8, from 12:00 pm until the time of the service at Waters Funeral Home.
