Fulton Man Injured In Callaway County Accident

A Fulton man has minor injuries following a two-vehicle accident in Callaway County yesterday (Thursday).

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol accident report it happened on Route JJ about 1,000 feet south of Route Z.

A vehicle driven by 56-year-old James Hook of Fulton was slowing to make a left turn, when a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Joshua S. Dunn of Sturgeon made an improper turn and hit the driver side of Hook’s vehicle.

Dunn’s vehicle rotated and went off the road and overturned.

Hook was taken by ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia to be treated for his injuries.

The other driver was not injured.
