Man Suspected of Shooting and Injuring a Person in Auxvasse Has Been Arrested
After over a week and a half, the man accused in an Auxvasse shooting is in police custody.
The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office announced on its Facebook page that 33-year-old Damin Davis was arrested by the Columbia Police Department last night (Thursday).
Davis is charged with first-degree assault, armed-criminal action, unlawful gun possession, and endangering the welfare of a child for a shooting that reportedly took place in Auxvasse on July 2.
Davis was booked into the Callaway County Jail last night (Thursday) and a court date has not been set.
