Charges Filed Against Fulton Man Accused of Impersonating A Federal Official
Charges have been filed against a Fulton man after he allegedly impersonated a federal officer and resisted arrest on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
According to court documents, 56-year-old John Patrick Wallace, faces felony charges.
Wallace allegedly displayed a badge that stated U.S. Marshal to a woman before forcing his way into her vehicle and hitting her with the door.
Wallace allegedly ignored law enforcement’s commands during arrest, and deputies used a bean bag gun on Wallace and took him into custody.
Wallace is being held in the Callaway County Jail without bond.
