Icy Road Conditions Cause of Two Car Accident in Audrain County
A Moberly woman is recovering from moderate injuries following a two-car accident in Audrain County during the early morning hours of Saturday, February 1, 2025.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened on MO 22, under a mile west of Mexico.
A vehicle driven by a 59-year-old woman from Moberly, lost control on an ice covered roadway and crossed the centerline, and was struck on the passenger’s side by a vehicle driven by a 35-year-old Mexico, Missouri woman.
The Moberly woman was taken by Audrain County EMS to University Hospital for treatment.
The Mexico woman was not injured according to the accident report.
