KWWR Sports Report 2/6/2025
In high school basketball on 2/5/2025:
- The Fulton Lady Hornets defeated the Mexico Lady Bulldogs 56-48
- Mexico Bulldog boys dominated Fulton with a 68-41 victory
- The Hallsville boys defeated California 75-53
The 15th ranked Missouri men’s basketball team could not overcome the hot-shooting of 4th ranked Tennessee, falling on the road by four points, 85-81.
Senior Tamar Bates led the Tigers with 22 points, all coming in the second half.
Up next the Tigers play their second-straight top-10 opponent on Saturday, welcoming 10th ranked Texas A&M to Mizzou Arena.
University of Missouri women’s basketball will host 6th ranked LSU at Mizzou Arena tonight (Thursday).
Tipoff is set for 6:30.
The St. Louis Blues host the Florida Panthers at the Enterprise.
Puck drops at 7pm.
