A Moberly man who killed a St. Louis man 2023 driving drunk gets 15 years in prison.

44-year-old David Brown chose to plead guilty instead of going to trial. Joshua McNabb of St. Louis was a passenger in Brown’s car and was killed when the car overturned in a Highway 124 ditch when Brown didn’t keep control of the car rounding a curve.
