It’s a big night for community connections in Mexico.

The Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 7th annual State of the Community event this evening at the Audrain County 4-H Center.

Doors open at 5 for a Community Showcase, where local organizations and services will be on display.

The main program begins at 6, featuring updates from leaders with Audrain County, the City of Mexico, and Mexico Public Schools.

Refreshments will be served by Audrain Developmental Disability Services.

The event is free and open to everyone, celebrating the strength and spirit of the Audrain County community.
