A century old barn in Columbia was destroyed by fire on December 6 at 1619 Mores Boulevard.
Investigators say the blaze was set intentionally but ruled out any link to people experiencing homelessness.
The property, owned by the Napier family, sits near the soon to open Opportunity Campus and Room at the Inn both offering shelter and services for those in need.
The fire sparked heated online debate, with some residents calling for stronger neighborhood oversight around the new campus.
The investigation has now been turned over to Columbia Police.
