A bond review hearing for Garrett Day is scheduled for today, at 10:30 a.m.
Deputies say the case stems from a January 3 traffic stop on State Highway 161, where Day reportedly drove 68 in a 55-mile zone and showed signs of impairment.
According to reports, a search of his vehicle and person led to the discovery of about 74 grams of methamphetamine.
Day was arrested and charged with drug trafficking in the second degree, driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of paraphernalia, and speeding.
