University Police have made an arrest in connection with an incident on campus last month involving a man taking a picture of a person using the restroom at Ellis Library.

Officers arrested 28 year old Austin Lee Miller for one count of Invasion of Privacy where he reportedly took a picture with his phone on April 28th of a person using the bathroom.

Miller was booked into the Boone County Jail on a 1500 dollar bond.
