The Cole County Prosecuting Attorney announced he will not be filing the criminal charges recommended by the Attorney General’s Office regarding Governor Eric Greitens campaign.

Attorney General Josh Hawley turned over evidence related to documents filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.

Greitens is currently facing one count of computer data tampering for the alleged use of a donor list for the charity he founded, The Mission Continues, to raise money for his campaign.
