Callaway Public Administrator Makes Motion To Withhold Documents

The Callaway County Public Administrators Office is seeking to withhold documents related to the Carl DeBrodie case.

The request was filed in the DeBrodie’s civil suit, which alleges numerous civil rights violations took place leading up to DeBrodie’s death.

The Administrators Office requested a protective order because discovery in the case would involve revealing information that could be potentially damaging.
