Mexico Schools Hires New Principal at Eugene Field and New Assistant Principal at Hawthorne

Mexico Public Schools is announcing a new Principal at the Eugene Field Elementary School and a new Assistant Principal at Hawthorne Elementary for the 2022-2023 school year.

Desiree Pezley will begin her duties as principal at Eugene Field on July 1st.

She is currently the Eugene Field Elementary Assistant Principal and has been in that position for 5 years.

Beck Balsamo will be the Assistant Principal at Hawthorne Elementary School.

His duties will start in July. Currently, Balsamo is a 5th grade teacher in Centralia.
