The Montgomery County Fire Alliance is hosting its 2nd Annual Community Safety Day event on Saturday, September 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Montgomery City. This year, they will be holding a drawing for a chance for two kids to ride in a fire truck during the lighted Christmas parade in Jonesburg, as well as other great prizes, including bicycles and other cool toys.
