The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake is pleased to announce that campsite inventory for the Night Hawk Loop will be available for reservation for the week of October 13–19, 2025. Reservations will open on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at approximately 9:00 AM and can be made by visiting Recreation.gov or by calling 877-444-6777. This reopening provides additional campsite availability for registered campers planning to attend the week of the Halloween Walk. These campsites were previously closed for this timeframe, as the schedule for potential utility work in the area was unknown when the majority of campsites for the event were released on June 4.
