Cash dairy prices were lower except for butter Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was down $0.0275 at $0.5625.  Six sales were recorded, ranging from $0.5625 to $0.58.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.01 at $1.6850.
