Cash dairy prices mixed Tuesday

Cash dairy prices were mixed again Tuesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was up $0.0050 at $0.67.  One sale was recorded at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.03 at $1.7650.  Twelve sales were recorded, ranging from $1.7550 to $1.7950.  Cheese barrels were up $0.0025 at $1.7750.  No sales were recorded.  Butter prices were unchanged at $1.58. Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.58 to $1.5825.  Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0050 at $1.1150. One sale was recorded at that price.  The post Cash dairy prices mixed Tuesday appeared…Continue Reading
