Cash dairy prices were mixed Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was up $0.01 at $0.6650. One sale was recorded at that price. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.02 at $1.7950. Six sales were recorded, ranging from $1.79 to $1.8050. Cheese barrels were up $0.0025 at $1.7725. One sale was recorded at $1.77.25. Butter prices were down $0.0150 at $1.58. Fifteen sales were recorded, ranging from $1.57 to $1.60. Nonfat dry milk was unchanged at $1.11. No sales were recorded.
