A 50-year-old Auxvasse man, now faces charges in Miller County after a July 8th arrest on Highway 42 in Lake Ozark.
Gilbert Arcala, who already faces drug trafficking charges in another case, was charged by prosecutors with three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Tampering With Physical Evidence In Felony Prosecution, Unlawful Use Of Weapon/Possess Weapon and misdemeanor counts of DWI, Failure To Drive On Right Half Of Roadway, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A search of Arcala’s vehicle at the time of the arrest uncovered 90 grams of cocaine, 10 grams of methamphetamine, 40 grams of marijuana, ten grams of crushed up pills, a Glock 19 9mm with three magazines, drug sales paraphernalia, and a large amount of cash.
Arcala is currently being held in the Camden County Jail without bond.
