A Bond Hearing scheduled for 8:30 this (Tuesday) morning in Callaway County court for 53-year-old James Atterberry.

He has been charged with one count of third-degree domestic assault, one count of fourth-degree domestic assault and one count of careless and imprudent driving from an incident that occurred earlier this month on the 900 block of Court Street in Fulton; in which a person was allegedly beaten with a stick by Atterberry after he was traveling the wrong way on Court Street.
