A jury trial for a man charged in connection to a 2002 Callaway County cold case has been postponed until late next year.

Harold Dickens is charged with first-degree murder in connection to the April 28, 2002, stabbing death of his wife, Debra Dickens.

A grand jury indictment for Dickens came down in November of 2023, and he was originally set to face a jury trial in March 2026 in Clay County. Now the trial has been postponed until Oct. 16, 2026.

Dickens is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond, jail records show.
