The St. Louis Cardinals have announced they have traded all-star third baseman Nolan Arenado along with cash considerations to the Arizona Diamondbacks in exchange for right-handed pitcher Jack Martinez. Martinez, 22, was an 8th round draft pick of the Diamondbacks in the 2025 Major League Baseball draft out of Arizona State University.
