University of Missouri President Mun Choi held a press conference this (Monday) morning, calling on the City of Columbia, to hold those people arrested in downtown Columbia to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, as a way to deter crime in the downtown are.

He also called for area leaders to come together in finding solutions to a growing crime issue in Columbia.
