A Columbia man has been charged with one count of stealing $25,000 or more on Monday.

Authorities alledge, William A. Sheets stole more than $26,000 from his employer between October 2021 and June 2024.

Sheets, who worked for Show-Me Shortline, diverted money to a bank account associated with his Apple Card.

A warrant has been issued for Sheets’ arrest with a $10,000 bond.
