A public town hall in Montgomery City is scheduled for December 8 at 6:30 p.m. at Montgomery City Elementary School to discuss the not one, but two, large data centers proposed in the county.

Last week, we told you that Amazon has acquired 1,000 acres just north of Interstate 70 between New Florence and High Hill, consisting of four buildings, each around 220,000 square feet,

Now officials have announced another 780 acres in unincorporated Montgomery County and 130 acres within the city limits of New Florence are being looked at for another project.

Plans there include three large buildings, each more than 1 million square feet.
